What we collect

The form collects the details that you type:

• Your name, work email, hospital and city.
• Your role, phone and note, if you give them.
• Your main scheme and the product that interests you.

We also save the date and time of the request. Do not put patient details in the form.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply about PreVouch and to discuss a pilot. We do not sell them. We do not use them for advertising.

Where we keep it

Cloudflare runs this website and stores the requests in a database for us. Cloudflare can process data outside India.

Our software checks the IP address of each request to limit misuse. We do not save the IP address with your request. Cloudflare can keep its own technical logs.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own. It has no analytics or advertising scripts from other companies.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while we discuss PreVouch with you. We delete it when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details. Write to info@prevouch.in.

Patient files

This website does not receive patient files. We agree hosting and data terms in writing with each hospital before any claim file moves.
